Here’s the situation... I’m sending my cousin $100. What I really need to know is how they calculate the conversion rate, since I have to bring in USD and he'll be receiving it in dollars... specifically, what exchange rate am I looking at so I know exactly how much cash I need to set aside to make sure he gets his full $100?
