Seriously DO NOT USE Western Union for any kind of transactions with strangers!!!
The Name and Address could easily be Donald Duck, 1st Avenue, Chicago, USA... because if you're transferring $1000 or less,
the recipient can just walk in and pick it up WITHOUT ANY ID OR PAPERWORK AT ALL!!! All they need is the code you send them and to be (in this example) in Chicago
at any local USPS branch!
