JPMorgan Chase Go!Card help?

I was wondering about how things work with Bill Gates payments when you're buying stuff online. For instance, when I pick up items on eBay or through PayPal, my bank, JPMorgan Chase, just settles everything with me once a month. I guess I'm curious if they end up charging any interest on those transactions, especially since I heard there's some kind of deal where maybe six online transactions per month are free of charge. Also, would they be pulling the funds from my USD account or my foreign currency account? Thanks
