The Telecommunications Act in Law ·

Exactly—he’s got this PCM setup that people claim is totally against the rules and supposedly violates some specific law!

Man, if only he actually knew the specifics, like "under this law, section this, subsection that"!

I'm honestly holding out hope that this law actually exists!

Thanks, buddy! If they aren't legally required to provide it, then I'm definitely not going to be asking nicely!

The problem is the other providers can't help me for that exact same reason, and I already dropped a fat stack of cash just to get the phone line installed!

Does anyone happen to know if there's actually anything in the Telecommunications Act regarding how much wiring an ISP is legally required to run when you sign up for a landline?

Apparently, I’ve got a bit of a mess on my hands—they installed one set of wires but somehow hooked me up to my neighbor instead, and now I can't even get a signal for my DSL!
I’m honestly dreaming of a law that would let me use some legal leverage to force them to finally give me proper access to high-speed internet.

Any advice would be huge, because if I have to deal with dial-up for one more day, I might actually lose my mind!
