I mean, who wouldn't jump at a stock if it was priced at, say, six cents? It feels like a steal!🙂
But that's only if you aren't paying attention to the fact that there are ten billion shares out there for a company worth maybe a hundred million dollars.
With math like that, a stock can really only move in massive jumps—we're talking minimum 10-20% swings.
Even a tiny one-cent fluctuation in my example would represent about a 17% swing.
It reminds me of that attempt they made with the Poughkeepsie stock, though I don't think many people actually fell for it!
Honestly, this whole "look how cheap the individual unit is" thing seems like something kids under five would fall for.
Eventually, even they learn that what actually matters is the total value of your holdings—or the total valuation of the corporation—not just the raw number of pieces you own.🤣
The seller or the market maker basically can't lose here; they win either way—they make money on high-volume quick flips, or they sit on what's left and watch it skyrocket. 🙏
How much cash are we talking?
Look, there are some baseline metrics here that matter. You're comparing the Moscow utility setup—basically like looking at Duke Energy—to the Democratic Party.
Cheers!🙄
