We decided to take out a mortgage through Charles Schwab, and honestly, we are kicking ourselves for even considering them. Looking back, choosing them was a massive mistake. Over time, it’s become painfully clear that their entire operation is poorly managed; they are unprofessional, sloppy, slow, and—if I’m being honest—some of the staff are downright rude.
So, consider this a warning to everyone else!
