Men vs. Women: Is there actually a difference in capability?

It’s just common sense—they aren't going to be equally capable in every single arena. A woman isn't going to head out to a construction site to handle the grueling, heavy-duty physical labor that men are naturally better suited for; it’s far more logical that she’ll find her calling in a preschool or working as a teacher—though, of course, there are always those rare exceptions to the rule.🙂
