So we're looking at old laws here. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this case gets thrown out on a technicality, especially since his wife seems to know exactly how to exploit the loopholes in the legal system...

Dambek already dismantled your logic point by point, so I see no reason to waste my breath repeating myself. All I will say is this: his wife is going to find a loophole in the law before the ink is even dry on the citation...

We’re about to get a front-row seat to watching everyone scramble to find the loopholes in this legislation just to dodge penalties... To be honest, I have my doubts that they’ll actually pull his license, especially given how inconsistently the law is enforced in practice here.

p.s. I truly hope I’m wrong about this.
