You’ll need to head down to a Chase branch and have him formally grant you authorization for his accounts and cards; once that paperwork is processed, his info should finally show up in your Chase mobile and online banking apps.
Technically, he could reinstall the app on your phone, but that would mean he loses access on his own device. You simply cannot run the Chase app simultaneously on two different devices under the same credentials.
So, I’ve got one of those family banking plans. My husband can see my account on his app, and I can see his, too—everything is linked up perfectly. But I just downloaded the mobile app on my own phone, and for some reason, all I can see is my own individual account. It’s not showing the shared access at all. Is there any way he could use my phone number to get my side of the app activated? Basically, would it be possible for two different users to have their accounts tied to the exact same phone number? Thanks so much!
I figured I’d just jump in here since we're already talking about Office stuff instead of starting a whole new thread. So, I've been having this incredibly annoying glitch lately. Every single time I try to print something—or even just save my work in Excel or Word—and I click that little little circle icon in the top left corner to get to the "Print" menu, the whole program just crashes out on me. It shuts down completely! Then I have to go through the whole hassle of reopening the app, and even then, it usually takes me several tries and a ton of clicking before it actually lets me print. It's driving me crazy.
