Chase Bank in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
Gary Reed9 said:Well, they changed things—now if you go into the settings of the current app, there’s an option to transfer your mobile banking to a new device, and that's how you get your new installation code.

The thing is, I’m looking at my old Wells Fargo app right now and I can’t find any setting to move my Chase account over to a new phone. It used to be a lot easier—back when Chase was just getting its footing, I actually kept my Wells Fargo token active just to manage the transition. That was ages ago, though, back when the Chase app was practically in beta.

Thanks, Michael Diaz4,
I honestly can't put into words how much better I feel just reading your post.
Nobody at the hospital actually bothered to explain what to expect after the surgery or what the recovery process would actually look like—which is just great. And then, when I finally took a look at the surgical site... man, what a sight.🤦
It looks twice as big as it did before the operation. Honestly, I probably should have just kept my eyes shut.
On the bright side, I’m not dealing with those intense pains I’ve been reading about on the forums.

It’s been 7 days since I went under the knife for external hemorrhoids—went the classic route with a hospital procedure. Pain-wise, I’m doing okay; just some discomfort when I’m actually on the toilet. But honestly, that makes sense given how swollen everything still feels down there in the rectal area and around the anus. What’s actually bugging me is something else entirely, and I’d really appreciate it if anyone who’s been through this could share their experience. My bowel movements are regular every morning, sometimes even during the day, but I have this constant, nagging sensation that I need to go. Since I’ve been sticking strictly to a diet of soft, mushy foods, my stools are very loose. Occasionally, when I pass gas, a little bit of stool slips out—not a huge amount, just enough to mess up the gauze I’m wearing to deal with the discharge from the wound. Also, urination has been a bit more difficult lately, which is definitely adding to my anxiety.
I didn't deal with any of this before the surgery. I’ve got my first follow-up appointment in 7 days, but I’m still curious to hear what you all went through. I’m hoping everything settles back to normal in a few weeks, but I can't help feeling a bit spooked by how things are behaving right now.

Alright, I figured I’d chime in and share my own struggles with hemorrhoids—maybe if someone here has dealt with something similar, they can point me in the right direction.
The first time I noticed anything was back when I was in my early twenties. I think maybe a vein just gave way or something; there was this light trickle of blood whenever I was straining.
After that, things were quiet for a long while. It wasn't until during the war that the issues started creeping back. Just a little blood on the toilet paper, nothing crazy. No pain, just some staining on my underwear. At the time, I just chalked it up to a bad diet and the general messiness of wartime living—sleeping on concrete floors, poor hygiene, that kind of thing.
Nowadays, the symptoms have shifted. It doesn't really hurt and it doesn't itch; my bowel movements are regular, there's no bleeding, and I rarely see any blood on the paper.
Reading through everyone else's posts and seeing the sheer misery you all go through, I’d say my situation is pretty minor by comparison. But that’s just how life works—especially when you're dealing with health stuff; you always end up thinking your problem is the biggest one out there.
I have external hemorrhoids that aren't massive, but they stay damp. It’s a sort of slimy sensation, so my issue is more about hygiene than anything else. Honestly, I can't get through the day without those thin sanitary pads.
If I don't wear one, I end up soaking my underwear and my skin, which is incredibly annoying. It’s just a clear, odorless fluid—basically mucus from the bowel. I’m actually a bit hesitant to go to the doctor; more
it’s embarrassment than actual fear. Some days the pad stays dry, and I’ll get a brief moment of optimism thinking I’m in the clear, but it never lasts long. I don't drink much—maybe two or three shots of brandy with a friend twice a month at most. I smoke less than a pack a day and stick to about two coffees daily. Generally, I lead a pretty disciplined life. My job involves both standing and sitting—I work in a warehouse, so it's not grueling, I walk quite a bit, and I ride my bike for exercise. That's about it.
I’ve tried the whole gamut: creams, capsules, herbal teas. I once dropped money on some expensive capsules—can't even remember the name now—but they were a total waste of cash. These days, I don't fall for those flashy advertisements for miracle pills or supplements anymore.
If anyone on this forum finds themselves in the same boat, please, let me know how you handled it.
