Just a heads up : Longfield is incredible. No complaints whatsoever. The price was $35 per person, though we actually got a bit of a deal since there were plenty of kids and everything went smoothly during the reception 👍 We were in one of the smaller halls (for about 150 guests), but we checked out the others too, and they are absolutely stunning.
For the wedding dress: Victoria's Secret. I went to look before Christmas, so I managed to snag a discount $167. They might have some sales around Easter, too. That price includes the gown, hair accessories, clutches, bridesmaid dresses, and even the ring pillow... the girl working there is so sweet and will really help you find your perfect look.
Flowers: A local florist in Santa Barbara. For my bouquet (all white, no roses), it cost $167.
Makeup: The owner of the Karlen boutique in the Macy's department store. She came right to my house, did an amazing job on my makeup, and charged $67. I also had my nails done by her, but they weren't really my thing.
Hair: That hair salon over at Emazette. They did such a great job and gave me exactly the look I wanted. I think it was about $83.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! I'd love to help. Kisses
Hey... I'm curious about the venue. Which specific hall did you use? And how many different halls does Longfield actually have? Also, do you happen to know what the rates look like for 2011, and how far in advance should I be booking the space? Thanks so much!!
