Thanks a lot! I'll probably look into this over the next few days.. 🙂
Hey ladies! Does anyone know where I can pick up some cork stoppers for those Orangina-style bottles around Indianapolis or the surrounding area? I checked the wedding supply aisle at the local grocery store, but nothing fits—they're either way too small or way too huge. I’ve basically hit up every shopping mall in the area and still haven't found the right size. If anyone has a lead, please let me know!!
I have a massive pile of bottles and zero stoppers, which is starting to stress me out. The wedding is in 13 days and I’m still stuck without them... ugh. 😲 🙂
Thanks for the help!!!

sun25, I’m getting my makeup done by Mary S. from Old Spice over at the Macy's in Indianapolis. I’ve mentioned this here before—she actually did my makeup when I was a bridesmaid back in the summer of 2010. She’s pretty affordable; her wedding day rates are reasonable, I guess. $33Just a test. $17 That’s how the bar was back then. I should probably head over there sometime this week to book a slot, and then I’ll know for sure. She did makeup for all eight of us on the wedding day, and honestly, it was wonderful. I liked her work so much that I've decided she's doing my makeup for my own wedding too. So, yeah, hopefully that helps. 😉
Yeah, they’re actually great. I’ve been to weddings where they played before, and we’ve already booked them for our own wedding this May. 😍
Anyway, I’m asking again since nobody seems to be replying, haha 🙂. Does anyone know anything about the Glasser hall over in Indianapolis on Strossmayer? I haven't had a wedding there myself, but we just put down a deposit. I'm mostly wondering about the food and the service...
I've heard some good things, but I'd love some actual insight.
I've got in-laws getting married next May. We went ahead and booked the Glasser hall over on strossmayerov; it’s actually pretty affordable at $67 per person, which covers the first two courses and all the drinks, plus the venue itself is nice. Just wanted to see if anyone knows anything specific about the place—I haven't actually been there for a wedding before, though I've heard some good things from others. So, yeah... 🙄 🙂

I was thinking of picking a date exactly one year from today to host the wedding reception. Could anyone point me toward some good live bands for a wedding? 😉
Thanks
I’m getting married next year too, though mine is in May. We actually booked The Beach Boys to play. They played a New Year's Eve set at the downtown plaza in Indianapolis recently—they're great and really know how to set the mood. 👍 😉
Oops, I put the wrong date in the title... 😂 I guess I’m just a bit scattered today.. 😁
Thanks for the tip! I'll swing by a few local print shops to see what they can do. If I hit a dead end, I'll let you know.. 🙂
Hey everyone,
Does anyone know where I can pick up a decent white Hammer marker in Indianapolis?
I'm making my own invitations... checked Hobby Lobby and Walmart, but they're both out... 🙄
Thanks for the help! 😉
