Does anyone know a reliable vendor for wedding rosemary? I need a guarantee it won't be wilted by the time it reaches me. Anyone? Please...

Honestly, I’m almost afraid to reach out to anyone on the New York Stock Exchange forums about this, because a friend recently had a total nightmare with her florist—they didn't have the greenery ready on time, and when they finally showed up, everything was wilted and old.

So, if anyone has a contact for someone reliable who actually knows what they're doing, please shoot me a DM.

Thanks! 😍

Let me know if you find anything... I could use some too, though I’d probably just tie the ribbons myself. Still, I’m not one to call a stranger without checking their reputation first.🙂

casualhawk16 said:Hey Michelle Taylor, let me know where it's at. Thanks!

I assume you already know the drill. To get to the nut shop, take a right at that first traffic light just past the state line. You'll hit a roundabout; go straight through it and follow the bypass. On your left, you'll spot that big gray Ultima Nova building—it’s hard to miss. There's a boutique on the ground floor, and upstairs they have everything from curtains and fabrics to ribbons and thread. Whatever you're looking for. Hopefully, that covers it.😉

casualhawk16 said:You can hit up the local print shop over in Columbus and get them for about $0.83/each. I actually found some killer options at $1.00, though I still need to hunt down some ribbons to go with them. They’ll tie everything together for you.

We grabbed those satin ribbons over at the mall. The sleeves were only about $1.00 or $1.25 each—just one little tie, and there's 9 meters of it. If you end up heading out toward the suburbs like we did, I can show you the spot.

Ethan Wilson94 said:Hey, do they charge extra for printing or is everything included in the price?
Thanks 🙂

It's all included, unless there are ribbons on the invitations. In that case, you just buy the ribbon and bring it in; they'll tie them for you. Mine ended up costing about $2.20 per invite including the ribbon. Their thing is that the more you order, the cheaper it gets. You can find some really beautiful designs on $1.00, but ours were pretty cheap since we ordered a massive batch 🙂...

Ethan Chase75 said:Can someone please recommend a solid folk band in the St. Louis area? I have wedding guests arriving on June 9th and we haven't booked any musicians yet. We just need them for the house and the drive to the church. Also, does anyone know roughly what they charge? I honestly have no idea how much this costs.

Not sure if my guys travel out toward Indianapolis, but check this Facebook link... I’m looking for someone to play at my place before my own wedding too... $667 told me about them, but since I live in a small town outside of Columbus, you should probably call them and ask... if they work your area, give them a look, otherwise they're based near Columbus...http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002973067339 They're also on YouTube—they even guest starred on some local TV station, so you can hear them right now. Hopefully, this helps at all... 😉

Do they actually maintain their own website where they showcase their products?
It doesn't sound like a massive selection at all—I'm genuinely curious to see what their catalog actually looks like... 🤣

Here's the link, but the site is under construction. Maybe give them a call; they might email you some photos... 🙂 Also, if you're nearby, finding them isn't hard—they're right downtown. I noticed they carry home improvement supplies too... decent selection, at least according to my taste. 🙂 .. $5.25 It's that massive one, though I can't tell you exactly how many A4 sheets it holds... 🙂

True, that’s a different story entirely... Since 6.2 miles I live far from the border, it works out fine for me... 🙂 Anyway... I went to look at invitations on Facebook today, and honestly, people, I was shocked... There's this print shop called Zebra; I'm paying $2.20 apiece because I ordered a "large" batch, but I didn't see a single one more expensive than $1.00, even with an order up to 100 units... I suppose I'm just lucky, though I was worried about taking on this extra work just to end up losing money. It turns out it's actually worth it since I found such a deal 😁...

Bryan Rodriguez77 said:What made you change your mind about the rings? I’ve heard the prices are much lower than they are here, and the selection seems quite decent.
As for the suits, you really can't go wrong. For less than $333, you can pick up a fantastic full outfit including shoes, a shirt, a belt, and a tie.

Yeah, that’s what I thought... Not sure if you guys visited the new mall in Small Town, USA, but there's a jeweler there that does custom work. They used to have a standalone shop too, but it's easier to just find them in the mall than me trying to list every single store in the center. I was happy with the one I found; price wasn't significantly lower, but the quality was fine. Anyway, once mine are ready, I'll show you. 🙂 And the suit thing is true. My boyfriend bought one last summer for my brother's wedding. Shirt, tie, suit, shoes—all for $267. Might as well include underwear at that rate. 😁 ..

Does anyone know which specific warehouse in Arizona carries those items? Also, looking for a place with a decent selection of napkins—not too thin, not overpriced. I know, I'm being picky.
One more thing... If you need a wedding dress, check out the boutiques in Small Town, USA. You can even find Maggie Sottero for $1000. I got mine for $800 because the owner knows my future mother-in-law. 🙂 ...

Tyler Campbell59 said:Joshua Brown2 and GričkaV thanks, ladies. 😉 Honestly, I’m bummed because I really loved that look 😢—exactly my style. I think the hotel Indianapolis is a bit out of my price range, though I am wondering if they allow outside catering. If they do, the math might actually work for me. One thing that's tripping me up, though, is this "Winter Harbor" mentioned at the hotel Indianapolis. Is that just the name of the ballroom, or is it some specific venue where you can host the reception? 🤷

northernhound39 you’re certainly creative 😍, aren't you? What was the main goal for your trip to Canada—just scouting decor, or was there more to it?

Please tell me what you picked up in Canada and where. I’m lost. I’m there almost every day because I’m getting married there. Maybe it's because I'm there so often that everything feels empty. 😁 I'm planning on DIY-ing a massive amount of this myself. I'll even be crocheting little butterfly hats for the bottles I want to label. Where did you get those bottles? (I'm assuming they're Schweppes)

. I haven't quite found anyone for myself yet... though, if I'm being honest, the idea of calling someone who lives roughly 25 miles.. 🤷 miles away is a bit daunting
. I was browsing some forums and read that some of these women don't even bother showing up... please, do your due diligence and check them out first!
I tend to stay pretty neutral and don't offer recommendations to anyone, mostly because I haven't had the chance to see her work in person...

I reached out to both of them, so now I'm just waiting. You're worried about 25 miles, but what am I supposed to say50 miles? 😕 I mean, I have no clue where Victoria is from, though I heard Jane is based in Indy. If nothing works out, I'll just invest in some decent foundation and blush—those are my essentials anyway, and I already know which mascara I'm using. If they don't show, I'll just ask a friend to fix me up; she's good at it, so she can touch me up after the wedding or whenever needed during the night🙂... We'll see how it goes... 🙂

Taylor Kelly2 said:I heard that Helen is heading back home—apparently, a colleague of mine who’s four months pregnant already booked her... based on what she told me, the price isn't actually that steep, nor is it excessive considering she has to drive about 45 minutes to get to us anyway... 😉
I don't have her number handy, but you should be able to find her on Facebook.. 😉

Please, just ask your colleague for the number. If she doesn't have it, send me the link to her profile. I think her last name is Marjanovic, but searching that brings up at least ten different people. I'd rather not play guessing games. 🙂 ...

Hey everyone, I’ve seen some mentions here regarding Helen and Daria (the makeup artists). Does anyone know if they’re willing to travel for a job even if the distance is about 60-50 miles miles? If I understood correctly, one is based in Chicago and the other in St. Louis. Also, if anyone has a contact number, could you please DM me? I’ve been lurking on this thread for a while now, but I finally decided to register because I actually need some help myself. Thanks 🙂
