For those living outside of Washington, D.C., how does one actually secure tickets? I tried the online route—got them into my cart—but it’s demanding a credit card, which I don't have.

What are my options for making presentations if I want to steer clear of Prezi and PowerPoint? Looking for something along those lines, maybe something cloud-based or collaborative like Teams. Thanks. 😁

I can't speak to the reception halls, but if you're looking at wedding venues that allow outside live music, I know a few spots like Walmart in a small town, The Ritz-Carlton, The Cheesecake Factory, the Hilton, and the Caravel.

The Vigor band is top-tier. The lead singer—that bald guy—is great. He brings the energy, he's funny, and he'll have the whole wedding crowd on their feet in no time.

Look, I headed into Indianapolis today and was walking down the street when I stumbled upon this wedding boutique. It’s called Dion, located at 39 Main Street. I made sure to jot everything down 😁

I picked up the exact same ones at Target. They weren't pricey, but that was about six months ago.

Same here. I’ve cycled through every possible combination—swapping out file types, messing with extensions, trying GIFs, JPEGs, you name it. Nothing sticks. Size is within limits, settings look fine, but it just keeps hitting a wall. 😢

velvetwalker742, take a look. There was this little shop right inside Super, everything wedding-related on the ground floor. Honestly, I haven't been in there for ages, so I can't vouch if they're still around. Also, check some local bookstores; they usually carry all sorts of stationery—New on the Square, or maybe A. g. Matos over on Avenue near the main post office.

Ladies, since I’m basically a Midwest girl through and through, here is a band recommendation (Mayo, could you add this to the info list if it isn't there? I haven't checked lately)
The Vigor band. They played a gig last fall and their lead singer—this bald guy, lol—completely blew me away. He was just so charismatic and funny. My cousin actually had them play at her wedding recently, and she said the energy stayed high the whole night. When I finally tie the knot, I'm definitely booking them. 😉

It's a JPG, and actually slightly under 75x75. And it still won't work.

Maybe I'm a bit late to the party, but there's a tiny wedding boutique tucked behind the Super department store—the one right by the Walker. You might find what you need there. Also, check out Hobby Art over on County Street in the center; they carry just about everything under the sun. 😉
