Uber, I actually have a discount at a boutique in LA from $333 that would let me sell them for $33, so if anyone is interested, just shoot me a DM 🙂

Plus, since I was attending a wedding that Saturday, I asked her if we could do a trial, but she wouldn't agree to it. You had such a smooth experience with your stylist, but I'm definitely not having that luck with mine. 🙂 She just dismissed me by saying my hair is "simple." Honestly, though, I'm terrified that even with this "simple" style, she’s going to mess it up completely.
I want big, voluminous curls with something like a braid swept up in the front.
I've been browsing online, and I'm really not feeling those overly fussy, decorated hairstyles.
Does anyone know a good website or maybe a Facebook group where I can see photos of actual wedding parties?
Also, does anyone know a good makeup artist in VK-ZU?

I want a group that plays plenty of international tracks along with some local hits—ideally some older classics too. My guests are pretty diverse, so I need that variety; honestly, I just prefer this style over a traditional folk ensemble anyway. If you have any recommendations beyond the two I mentioned, please let me know. I’ve already checked out Babylon, Passage, Quattro Band, The Speen, and Status. A few of them are great, but their rates are a bit steep for me. I’m looking to stay under $1,700 total, including travel, though $1,500 would be the sweet spot.
Best,

I bet things are cheap in D.C. too—it's all basically the same part of the country, right? And everything there is way, way cheaper. Since I still have 5 months until the big day, I actually swung by Arizona a few weeks ago just to browse and ended up grabbing some tulle for my place at home. Based on my math, if I buy the napkins, balloons, various decor, tulle, dessert boxes, boutonnieres, and bowties there, I'll spend about $67... whereas if I bought them locally here, I'd be paying over $67 just for the tulle and bowties alone.
