The wedding is in July (I can check the exact date on the invite)... Prija mentioned she just hit them up on Facebook and they set up a meeting with her without any hassle at all.

I've reached out to them myself several times and—get this—it's been three weeks and still nothing...

you might have better luck messaging Euphoria Restaurant and Night Club on Facebook instead.
They've got new owners under the management now—and I actually already have an invite to a wedding there next summer—so they're definitely taking reservations.

I had a feeling the gallery would be around that price range, but man, that catering cost... that's a bit much. Honestly, I think going with Leo might make more sense—if they haven't updated their rates lately and it's still around $55, it seems like a better deal...
Thanks anyway...

Personally, I wouldn't even consider Leo for a role—even with those five stars, the vibe just isn't there and the price? Ugh... (trust me, I've seen it)... maybe check out the rates at the Meastro estate instead... just go with a buffet style for the food (I think you can get pretty much any combo you want for a max of $83 per person)

I’m dreaming of something really special, maybe something with the vibe of the Guggenheim Museum, or perhaps even just a fancy tent setup out somewhere in nature... does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks so much!

First off, a top-tier museum in LA is gonna run you at least $833/h
. Just factor in being stuck with guests for at least 10 hours—plus all that setup and teardown time, which could easily take even longer. A friend mentioned her total ended up being around $167(standard stuff plus some fancy extras).

David King72 said:I ended up going with $833 and just bringing my own food and drinks... honestly, if you decide to go through a catering company, just watch your back because they'll try to bleed you dry if you aren't careful.

I think people have this totally wrong idea that it's cheaper to skip the full catering and just rent equipment... trust me, I've shopped around at tons of places. If I bring my own food, the rental and staff costs for 100 people land somewhere between $2500-$1000. But for that same amount, I could actually cover 50 people with a menu priced at $20 per head, like
. I've got an offer right now for about $20 per person—that includes all the gear and staff. When I crunched the numbers on renting equipment alone ($$833), adding servers ($$200), plus food costing at least $1333 (which I'd still have to go pick up myself), it's way better to just hire the pros. Their prices are actually decent considering they show up, do the work, and leave. Most importantly—it keeps me from stressing over the details, and I don't pay until after the pirate party! (Which is huge for anyone who doesn't have all the cash upfront and expects to cover everything once the pirate party kicks off? 😀😀😀😀

I'm also looking for some solid catering options around San Francisco—plus, does anyone know a killer florist who does custom decor? I’ve got plenty of inspo photos ready to show them exactly what I'm after!

I'm looking for any and all suggestions since we haven't actually locked anything in yet... we've checked out a few options, but nothing really clicked--it just wasn't "the one"
Betty Hernandez4 said:I noticed you brought up the lighting... do you happen to know anything about their work? I reached out to them and their rates are definitely great, but I just can't seem to track down anyone who actually hired them for a wedding to get a real review.🙂

are you from San Francisco too?
hey guys... any leads on where I can find decor and catering that actually looks high-end?
