hey guys... quick question—what's actually better? should I just knock back 10-15 mg of Sanval on its own, OR go with a tiny dose of Normabel, Lorazepam, or Xanax just to take the edge off, then follow it up with a little 5 mg hit of Sanval to actually crash?
