So here’s the deal: this past Saturday, I got clocked doing 1.54 over the limit—and yeah, that’s already factoring in the margin of error. This whole mess went down in a small town in Ohio, even though I’m actually based out of Washington, D.C. They snatched my driver's license for five days, and now I’m spiraling thinking about what else this is gonna cost me. This is my first time ever getting pulled over, and honestly, I was barely driving—I’d practically only gone 500 feet. Is there any way I can file an appeal to get the penalty dropped?
