Traffic violation procedures

And if they did, what kind of fine are we looking at?
It is quite rare for anyone to actually face a judge over a speeding violation; typically, one simply mails in an appeal, which eventually lands in court for a ruling. In my experience, it is incredibly uncommon for a judge to grant such an appeal; most people find they are merely delaying the inevitable payment.🙂 Unless, of course, one is simply looking to buy a little more time because the funds aren't immediately available.
