Alright, I’ve got a question here-- a buddy of mine just got slapped with a ticket $167 for speeding through a residential zone. Since this is his first offense in the 25 years he's been driving—is there any point in trying to file an appeal?? Is it actually possible to get somewhere with that, or is he just throwing good money after bad and racking up extra legal fees??
