Traffic violation procedures

Quick question... I just went to court over a car accident, and the judge ruled it was mutual fault. Now I'm looking at a $700 fine plus legal fees, so basically $900 total. Problem is, I'm unemployed, don't even own a car... and I definitely don't have $900 lying around. What am I supposed to do when the bill actually shows up? Oh, and for the record, I've never even had a ticket before, so I really don't feel like going to jail XD
