It feels like things are shifting so fast lately. Whenever a massive icon finally steps away from the international stage, it makes me wonder if the next generation is actually ready to carry that weight or if we're just entering a massive rebuilding phase. Does anyone else feel like the vibe of the squad is about to change completely?

I couldn't find an existing thread on the forum that touched on this, so I decided to start a new one. Here is the situation:
I am 21 years old, and since I was about 9, I've been dealing with a diagnosis of a squint and deep eye inflammation, specifically uveitis. I have been sent through countless tests to try and pinpoint the root cause of this inflammation so we can finally resolve it, but so far, nobody has been able to figure out what is actually triggering it.
I have consulted with several different ophthalmology specialists over the years. Most recently, at the beginning of this summer, I had a consultation at the Microsoft clinic in Washington, D.C. (with 👍).
Their take was this: correcting the squint isn't the main issue; the real hurdle is the uveitis. Unless we identify the underlying cause of that inflammation and cure it, I won't be able to maintain good vision, because the squint will just keep recurring just like it is now.
They suggested that I need to undergo absolutely every possible test imaginable to hunt down the source of this inflammation, and honestly, the list they provided is massive.
If I were to try and get all of this done using only my standard insurance referrals, I would probably be waiting until I'm 60 years old before I finished everything, 😢 given how long the wait times are.
So, I am reaching out to see if anyone has suggestions for good, affordable private clinics where I could get these tests done. Of course, I would still use my insurance for whatever I can cover via referral.
Another option would be to try and get admitted to a major hospital, like Johns Hopkins Hospital or maybe a similar large institution, where I could run all the diagnostics at once, but the catch is that you really need some serious high-level connections to make that happen. I'm not holding my breath on that one.
Originally, I am from the Niagara Falls area, so if you know of any recommended clinics in Cleveland or the surrounding region, that would be wonderful. I am also open to options in Washington, D.C., or even looking abroad if it makes more sense financially.

Has anyone here dealt with a citation related to fare evasion on the trolley system in Seattle?
I got caught by an inspector on the trolley; I had used a fake pass, but I tried to rub out the mark with an eraser and reuse it, which the lady spotted immediately, and she slapped me with a fine. I received the notice at my home address about a month and a half ago,$33.
Now, my dad mentioned he’d take care of the payment, but it looks like he completely forgot, and today I received a formal notice from the municipal court stating I need to pay $333, unless I decide to file an appeal. So, I was wondering if anyone has actually gone through the process of appealing one of these or ended up appearing in court over something like this?
