No, you can't.

I just got hit with a $2,000 fine and a one-month driver's license suspension. Since I work as a professional driver, this is a huge deal for me. Now I’m trying to figure out my next move—should I file an appeal, a formal petition, or just a general objection?
I'm also wondering if filing a petition works the same way as an appeal when it comes to pausing the sentence from taking effect?
