Honestly, this discussion could easily pivot into pure politics, because let’s be real: those currently holding power in Washington will always prioritize their own bank accounts, and their primary goal is simply staying seated in the halls of the US Congress for as long as possible. On the flip side, if a truly brilliant economic roadmap were actually presented to us tomorrow, I can't help but wonder how many people would even have the foresight to recognize its value, let alone vote for it. If the government had just shuttered those money-losing corporations eight years ago when it actually made sense, we wouldn't be facing half of our current headaches today. Strikes are breaking out all over the country, so we certainly aren't some isolated exception to the global trend 😁... but at the end of the day, the crux of the matter is that we have to take responsibility for our own income. Once every citizen finally realizes that they are the ones ultimately responsible for their own destiny, it won't really matter who happens to be in office 😁
