I could probably talk in a thick Southern drawl myself if I wanted to, since my grandad served in the 11th Infantry Division back in the day. But man, this whole damn war has just changed everything about how we connect.
Can a Catholic American be both successful and wealthy?
Of course they can, so why on earth wouldn't they be?! If we’re defining wealth simply as the amount of money sitting in your bank account, then success isn't some divine gift bestowed upon people based on their nationality or their religion, but rather a hard-earned byproduct of education, intelligence, and years of practical life and work experience. Of course, building any kind of real substance takes time. Unfortunately, I see so many young people today looking up to those who try to strike it rich overnight through dishonest or completely immoral means. Honestly, if that's the path they want to take, let them try—they'll learn the hard way soon enough. Personally, I just feel that true success and wealth should be measured by much higher standards than just a dollar sign.
