People, I need help! I had my hormone levels checked, sent the results to an endocrinologist, and this is what he wrote:
"What stands out immediately in these results is the thyroid hormone profile. Before you come in for an appointment, I would strongly advise repeating your TSH, FT4, and FT3. Additionally, you should have ACTH, morning cortisol, prolactin, FSH, LH, estradiol, total testosterone, and DHEAS tested."
What kind of tests are these? What exactly is the doctor suspicious about? For context, I am in menopause and have gained significant weight—that is my biggest issue, along with elevated lipids for which I am already on medication. Here are the results:
