I was watching the game last night and even though my team technically pulled off a victory, I just sat there staring at the screen feeling completely deflated. It wasn't even a close, exciting contest; it was just one of those grinding, ugly matchups where you feel like you wasted three hours of your life.

It got me thinking about how we define success in a lot of things, not just sports. We’re always told that the scoreboard is the only thing that matters, but sometimes a win feels hollow if the performance was terrible or if it was just a matter of pure luck rather than actual skill. It’s like checking a box just to say you did it, even though you didn't actually improve or enjoy the process.

I feel like we get so obsessed with the end result that we ignore the quality of the journey. If you win a game but play like garbage, or if you finish a project at work but it's a mess, is that really a step forward?

Does anyone else get that weird sense of "empty victory" where the stats say you won, but your gut says you lost?

Look, man, you need to start putting some actual love for your own club ahead of all this constant hatred toward the Chicago crowd, those idiots, or the folks from Cleveland... all that stuff. The old era is dead and gone, what happened in the past stays in the past, and we have new generations coming up now. Just forget about the rest. Because we're lacking this kind of positive mindset, our whole scene is slowly but surely sinking.
