It's wonderful to hear that..
But even where you are now, there's still traffic, yet there's also a certain energy that makes you want to just put on some headphones and go for a stroll... don't you think?

The forest is such a profound experience, and I don't bring headphones there. But when I'm navigating the urban chaos, juggling parks, streets, and heavy traffic, then yes, I definitely do.
Of course, the sounds of the forest are absolutely priceless.

But have you actually tried it?

Picture a crisp, biting winter... A thick blanket of snow over the woods... A winding trail through the park... And then there's me.
A solid scarf wrapped snugly around my neck, a warm yet breathable beanie, a cozy jacket that hits just right, and some seriously comfortable boots...

Taking a stroll, looking out at the horizon...
Naturally, I grab my headphones and simply drift away into my own world...
The melodies set the pace for my stride, sparking a newfound sense of purpose within me...
I feel stronger today than I did yesterday.

I’m out walking... and there are plenty of others out there doing the same.
The numbers just keep growing. People are stepping out from their homes, their apartments, or even their little bubbles, either taking themselves for a stroll or being led by their dogs.
In the morning, at noon, or right before dusk... whether it's the crack of dawn or late at night, you can always find walkers out on the pavement.

To walk is to live with patience.
