Don't mention it. Back in my teens, I dealt with some mild scoliosis myself. There were nights where it felt so awkward, like I was having a literal heart attack mid-sleep. It's nothing to worry about, though—a few specific exercises can usually straighten things out. 👍

Could you be dealing with some spinal issues? For instance, if you have scoliosis, you can get chest pains that feel exactly like tightness in your lungs. You go to the doctor, they run all the tests, and everything comes back perfectly fine! 🙂
