Shadow person sighting: Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey everyone! I’m still pretty new to this forum and don't jump in much, so I'm honestly not sure who to even ask about this...
So, something super weird happened to me a few months back.
I was driving home from work around 4 PM, just cruising along, when I spotted this shadow in front of me on the road. It looked almost like a person made out of cheese? Or maybe just some weird shape, but it was huge—like, as tall as a streetlamp. I guess the only thing I could really process through the panic was that its lower half was way, way longer than its upper body. What totally freaked me out was that it had legs shaped like a sister's, and when it dashed across the road and sprinted into the woods, it looked incredibly real. Like, you could actually see the way the knees and ankles were bending. It moved just like a person, even though it was clearly just a shadow. Everything happened in like two seconds, and at first, I thought I was just seeing things. Once I got home, my adrenaline was totally spiking, so I told my mom and dad, and they turned pale! They told me they saw the exact same thing at that same spot just a few days earlier. They were scared witless but couldn't explain what it was. Seriously, their description of the shadow, the direction it went, and how it ran was identical to what I saw. It's wild... We tried talking it out later to see if it could just be some weird light reflection or a shadow from something nearby, but there's nothing out there except for the woods right by that bend in the road. I'm dying to know if anyone else has dealt with anything like this or if you can tell me what it might be?? I'm not usually superstitious or anything, but this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this instead of just hearing stories about it.
