Breast pain/tenderness

My advice? Get an ultrasound ASAP. You should be doing one every year anyway even if nothing feels off, especially with stuff like this...
A few months back, I got hit with this sudden, sharp pain in my right breast... It was brutal. Like, actually debilitating. I could barely lie down, let alone sit up, and I couldn't even open the dishwasher with my right hand because it hurt so much.
Obviously, I panicked. I called a private clinic that same day to book an ultrasound. I usually go once a year, but I’d been slacking lately... I was so pissed at myself while waiting for the appointment. The only thing keeping me sane was thinking that the worst-case scenarios usually don't involve pain, which is what my doctor confirmed later on...
Anyway, the scan came back clean. 🙂 My doctor said it was just a pinched nerve from making some sudden movement—which happens all the time when you're chasing two toddlers. 😉
The pain lasted about a month then cleared up. Honestly, once the ultrasound was done, the physical pain was easier to deal with just because I wasn't spiraling mentally knowing what was going on... or rather, what wasn't.
