Website redirect issues in IT Support ·
Hey,

Got a weird one here on Windows 7.
Whenever I hit certain sites, I get redirected to a page that just shows this error message:
Code:
220 lvpmailfs1.vip.us ESMTP Postfix
221 2.7.0 Error: I can break rules, too. Goodbye.

Basically, if I use Internet Explorer to go to Google, I get slapped with this error. Chrome seems fine at first, but when I try to log into this forum using Chrome, instead of landing on the site, I get redirected to that error page.
It happens randomly on various sites.

Checked my Hosts file—everything is commented out, no sketchy records there.
It’s not a network issue either; I took the PC to a different house and had the exact same problem, even though other computers on both networks work perfectly fine.
I ran a scan with Norton and manually set my DNS to Google's servers since it was on automatic before, but still nothing.
Any ideas? Thanks ☕

EDIT:
Turns out the redirect/error only triggers on sites using HTTP. If I swap it to HTTPS, the page loads normally.

Arthur Anderson10 said:I wrote a bit about the Dell SE2719HR IPS led on the previous page.

If you need a work monitor, you’re probably gonna have to stretch your budget a bit more. I tested 5 or 6 different models in just 10 days and still couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
As for the Della, the colors were way better than anything else I tried. They might be a little oversaturated though, which could be an issue if you need perfect color accuracy.
There's some glowing or ghosting or whatever, but who cares? It won't mess with your work.

🙏 Thanks!

Maybe something like this? It's on sale right now:

I've got about $450 to work with.

Hey guys, I'm currently rocking an old LG (FLATRON L222WS-BN) paired with an AOC (M2470SWH), both mounted on VESA arms.
I've been doing web design for a while now and the color accuracy is driving me crazy.
What I see on my screens isn't even close to how things look on other monitors.
Time to drop some cash on something actually decent, right?
Anyone got any recommendations? 🙂

Yeah, figured as much.
So what's the starting budget here? What kind of number are we actually talking about?

Hey,
looking for some desktop gaming build advice. Budget is around $700.
Need everything: case, mouse, keyboard, monitor, speakers.
Ideally something I can put on a credit card.

Cheers!
Best gaming PC build for under $1,100? in Desktops ·
I mean, if you're gaming, having an HDD wouldn't be a bad idea, right?
Payment method: credit card installments, but if the deal is good enough, I can always swing the cash 🙂

Hey guys,
looking for some advice on a gaming rig within this budget.
I was checking out this build at Best Buy:

Should I put something else together instead? I can order from pretty much any shop online.

So I need to build a PC for about $1667 (maybe an extra $50 if I really have to), mainly for photo editing.
Also looking for some advice on which monitor to grab, but that’s not part of this $750 budget.
THX!
