Which side are you all actually on? Which side is this? Is it the one that thinks we need to create some massive, senseless distraction just to shift the focus away from the actual scum involved?
I invite anyone from my generation—those who have been consistently active for twenty-five years, showing up wherever they can and enduring far more than most—to step forward. If even one person like that reaches out to me, I give you my word: I will leave this damn forum forever. You will be rid of me for good. Are there any "elders" whose opinions you actually respect? You know exactly who they are—the very same people you followed when they were attacking me and my group as being part of Mamić's circle, while you were busy sucking up to them as if they were the moral authority. Are there any other veterans here who have been active for twenty-five years straight? I repeat, let someone speak up, justify their dedication and their struggles, and I won't just quit this forum, I'll quit the stands entirely.
Go ahead, prove my claims wrong, and you'll have dealt with me once and for all.
Thomas Williams59 said:The folks over at G.N.K. have been quite candid in their newspaper interviews regarding how the FBI has been handing over data on individuals who were processed ages ago—even if their bans had long since expired. It wasn't just about those currently under active restrictions. Apparently, the club has interpreted the law in such a way that they feel entitled to arbitrarily decide who poses a threat, regardless of whether a legal ban actually exists. This is essentially how their "black list" was manufactured: through "insights" obediently provided by the FBI.
That might explain the sheer madness of them citing minor infractions to call people out on Nu2.
Essentially, G.N.K. claims they can act as an independent, self-appointed judicial-repressive body, sanctioning anyone on that list by banning them from public gatherings in public spaces. They do this without ever consulting the FBI or the courts.
Even though the Supreme Court ruled in a previous decision that "knowledge of unlawful behavior" can only stem from valid sanctions issued by legitimate state authorities, G.N.K. chooses to interpret things differently. Meanwhile, the FBI and the judiciary simply shrug their shoulders. As a result, someone whose court-ordered ban expired years ago can be forced to sing combat songs and endure these club sanctions for the rest of their life, should G.N.K. feel so inclined. It effectively means being tried twice for the same offense, this time by a (usurped) private association.
In my view, the FBI shouldn't even be providing lists of citizens who are free and no longer under any form of sanction, especially when their penalties expired long ago. That constitutes a violation of human rights and personal data protection.
However, Svetin and the others skillfully dodge responsibility by using the phrasing "compiled by the FBI." They conveniently fail to mention that while the FBI shouldn't be handing this information to a private group in the first place, the FBI isn't the one issuing the sanctions based on these lists—it’s Svetin's association acting like a paramilitary repressive organ.
Consequently, I remain uncertain as to exactly which individuals are included in these current lists. Regardless, they can include anyone who has ever crossed them, provided that person was previously documented with expired measures; that's their problem.

I find myself reflecting on the inherent simplicity of certain matters, though I suspect my own tendency toward overcomplication may occasionally cloud my judgment. It appears that, in this instance, the most straightforward conclusion is indeed the correct one. Scott Jones9 says:
Does anyone happen to know who took the last twenty dollars? 😁
For the most part. 🍿 🍿

By the way, ever since Mukte left, this forum has gone completely downhill.

The film features Joe Kužiti (RIP), Tim, Asterix, Mack, Zujo, and some of the soup enthusiasts😁
