Man, I’m going through the exact same struggle. I’ve got these sores on both my forearms, and it's such a mess. Sometimes they just itch, but other times they burn and feel all hot and angry—just when you think they're finally backing off, they start spreading out again. I know I’m supposed to leave them alone while they're small, but honestly, sometimes the itching gets so intense that you lose control and end up scratching the hell out of them, which obviously just makes everything spread faster. You might want to try slathering some Petroleum on there and wrapping it in plastic wrap, at least overnight.

I know deep down I shouldn't touch them while they're small, but honestly, once that itch kicks in, it’s pretty much impossible to stop yourself from scratching, which obviously just makes everything worse and helps them spread.
