If I leave the drive plugged in, everything's fine. Same thing happens on a second PC too, but the second I yank it out and plug it back in? Those same damn loading dots start spinning again.

Why not just save it as a PDF if you aren't planning on editing it anymore?

I save the file to a thumb drive, pull it out, plug it right back into the same PC, try to open it, and then... nothing but a bunch of dots. It makes zero sense.

I need some help here.
So, I move a Word doc onto a USB drive, right? Then I plug it into another computer and—boom—nothing but dots on the screen. It keeps bugging me to run a file conversion.
What am I supposed to do about this???
