I find myself in complete agreement with you here. Being part of something steeped in tradition and recognizable identity is always a profound honor and a source of pride. However, I must ask: how exactly do you intend to motivate these intense young men and women, or provide them with an avenue to prove themselves? Not everyone possesses raw talent or that specific brand of reckless bravery, does it not? Yet, that certainly doesn't mean they lack the capability to contribute meaningfully to the group they represent.

Kudos to him, and may he continue in that manner.
It would be beneficial if he used his advice to assist the kids working in the shop, as they aren't exactly trained professionals.
Selling things might seem straightforward at first glance, but it truly isn't quite that simple...
I am pleased that we can engage in such open and civil discourse together—myself as the average fan, and you all as the passionate devotees. My intention, and the intention of others like me, is truly never to provoke or belittle anyone. May God grant that everything functions flawlessly and that unity prevails! Regarding your retail shop: no one is attacking those kids, but they would certainly benefit from being a bit more relaxed and cheerful. They’ve turned certain stories into jokes, but it is a shame that such matters remain confined to this forum. The staff in the shop needs a bit more hustle and ambition when it comes to offering their products to others.
