In my opinion, if we have people representing our city, they should at least be able to speak decent English. Plus, since there are more and more visitors from China in Chicago, it wouldn't hurt to learn a bit of Mandarin. Or better yet, hire someone who actually wants to engage with people—maybe a friendly face who could draw customers in with a smile, rather than this rude little kid and seven other guys who look like they just marched out of a hundred different wars, throwing glares so cold they could melt a glacier! Respectfully, a concerned resident of Chicago..
