So, I'm running AMD, specifically their AMD Control Center, and I can't find any settings for multi-screen setups or power management modes. There is a power section under the settings, but it just shows me my CPU wattage—super helpful. And as for that SET gxApi "d3d11" thing, I've already got that set in WTF.
Lowered the settings, but it didn't change a thing—usually running on High or Medium anyway.

Nah, I haven't swapped out the monitor.
So, I've been playing World of Warcraft for six years now without any hiccups—until about four months ago. Suddenly, my FPS tanked from a smooth 40-60 down to a miserable 15-30. I figured they botched a recent patch, so I hopped over to Guild Wars 2 to see if things were better there. Fast forward three or four weeks of playing GW2, and guess what? It started stuttering too—same exact issue, stuck at 15-30 FPS. At first, I thought maybe my GPU drivers were acting up, but nope, I’m running the latest versions and everything else runs perfectly fine—Diablo 3, GTA 5, CS:GO... all good. But today, I fired up both World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 2 again, and they're still crawling at 15-30 FPS. Honestly, I'm stumped; these games used to run flawlessly, but now... I even tried a little experiment—downloaded an old version of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King from a private server site just to see if it would perform better. Surprise, surprise: even that was stuck at 15-30 FPS. I really need some help here because I have no clue what's going on.😕😕😕
