I don't have that specific issue, but most people would just call that anxiety.
So many people in their 20s are dealing with this lately. The internet is flooded with stories from people sharing their experiences and how they manage it. Apparently, you can't just switch it off, but you can dull the edges by changing your lifestyle habits. Eventually, it fades.
It wouldn't hurt to read what others have gone through in similar situations, but you really should check in with your primary care physician.
There’s a specific type of blood test... I can't recall the exact name of the screening right now. You should probably ask your primary care physician about it.
If they actually refer you for bloodwork based on those symptoms, and you're living in the D.C. area, you could go to any local hospital. Honestly, your best bet is to head straight to Johns Hopkins or maybe Mayo Clinic. You won't be stuck waiting months for a simple draw like you would at other facilities that lack the necessary markers.
I can't remember if it was Johns Hopkins or Mayo, but one of those two handles this specific test immediately without an appointment. You just show up at 7:00 AM on an empty stomach—or at least, that’s how it worked a few years back. Results were ready by the next day.

The alternative is having a specialist order an MSCT or an MRI. It’s essentially like an X-ray, but using a much larger machine to check if a tumor is growing or spreading within the internal organs or fatty tissue.
I had one of those scans once. They happened to spot a tiny "cyst" on my ovary. It wasn't even what they were looking for, but they felt obligated to warn me. As it turns out, my gynecologist later determined it was nothing more than a Graafian follicle—basically, I just happened to be ovulating that day.😁
As a layperson, my first thought would be a stroke given the numbness in the right arm, then maybe heart issues... some kind of failure...
Bottom line: if you haven't already, get to a doctor immediately.
I once caught a documentary about life up in Northern Europe—I think it was Finland or somewhere similar. It’s basically the northernmost part of the continent, right near the pole, where you get months of nothing but darkness followed by months of constant daylight.
Kids there walk 3.1 miles miles to school every single day in temperatures hitting -45 degrees. They don't even cancel classes unless it drops to -53. 😁
And you’re asking me if it’s okay to go for a walk in -10 degree weather? 😁
Of course you can. In fact, you should. You need to keep moving to stay warm; if you just stand there, the cold settles deep into your bones once it hits -5.
A little more on garlic 😁
This recipe is definitely "fragrant," to say the least. But if the instructions are right, it clears up a sore throat in two days—even if that scent sticks around much longer.

I deal with sinus infections constantly whenever there’s a draft or if I step out into the winter chill without drying my hair properly. If the roots are even slightly damp,
I make sure at least an hour passes between washing my hair and leaving a heated building. Otherwise, I’m looking at a brutal migraine caused by sinus inflammation the next day.
An uncleaned AC unit is another culprit; they get loaded with bacteria, which triggers respiratory issues, sinus trouble, and the common cold.
One year, two months before flu season hit, I started taking two cloves of garlic every single day. It worked. I didn't catch the flu once that year, even while I was shuffling through hospitals for various tests. Even when everyone was wearing masks and panicking over that H1N1 scare, I stayed healthy while everyone else around me was coughing and sneezing uncontrollably.
You don't have to bite into raw garlic and deal with the stench. Just mince it and swallow it with water like a pill. If you're worried about bad breath, follow it with a glass of milk to kill the odor—or just use some gum. 😁
Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice? in Health ·
Which medicinal plants was the doctor referring to in the post without naming them?
Your best bet is to head to your primary care physician or an OB-GYN and ask them everything on your mind. In the absolute worst-case scenario, there’s always the ER; they'll take you in if you show up after your doctor's office has closed. Just be prepared to describe your symptoms a bit more intensely than they actually are.
You aren't going to solve this issue here on this forum. If you keep waiting and putting off a doctor's visit, things could only get worse.
There is a straightforward way to handle things if you're dealing with Candida.
Head to any local pharmacy and grab the largest plastic syringe they have; it works perfectly for rinsing.
Warm up about half a cup of water and dissolve two teaspoons of baking soda into it.
Use the syringe to rinse the area once a day for a few days—about seven should do it.
You’ll likely feel some relief immediately, though real results take a few days to show.😉
One word of caution: once the Candida clears up, stop the rinsing. You don't want to wash away all the good bacteria. Overdoing it isn't healthy.
