PC Build around $750 budget?

I’m currently in the process of picking out a new desktop, so I have a few questions I'd like to run by you all.

While browsing some online deals, two specific builds caught my eye:

- Gaming would just be an occasional thing on the side.
- My budget for this should stay around $1667
While browsing some online deals, two specific builds caught my eye:
- Avenio Skylake Pro Desktop featuring Intel Core i5 6500 3.20GHz, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD + 240GB SSD, DVDRW, FreeDOS, and Intel HD Graphics 530
- Avenio Skylake Desktop featuring Intel Core i5 6500 3.20GHz, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, DVDRW DL, FreeDOS, and Intel HD Graphics 530
So, here is what I was wondering:
- What’s the deal with the "Avenio" brand? Is it smarter to save a bit of money with them, or is it better to pay a premium for a more well-known name?
- Since hardware isn't exactly my specialty, is it worth spending $300 extra just to ensure I get that 240GB SSD included?
- Based on what I need to do, would you suggest a completely different setup?
