Random body aches and pains

Honestly, it's probably nothing too crazy, but you should definitely be careful. I’d really suggest hitting the floor every single day—grab a yoga mat or even just a towel if you have to—and working through these exercises:
I can't see the image you're trying to show me! I think the link might be broken or something. Could you try sending it again? I really want to take a look at what you've got there!
Look, if a certain movement makes you feel worse, just skip it. Seriously. I know, I know—people react to these things all the time, but listen to your body. You don't have to push through the pain. Just head over to YouTube and look up some lumbar spine exercises or stuff specifically for disc bulges. There’s tons of videos showing exactly how to do them right. Just nothing aggressive, okay? Stick to those light, easy stretching moves. That's probably best.
If you're dealing with those nasty cervical protrusions, honestly, this might be your best bet. It’s probably the least invasive exercise out there, I guess. Just give it a shot.
I can't actually watch videos through this link, man. My bad! I guess I just don't have eyes for YouTube links like that. If you want me to dive into whatever is happening in there, you'll gotta give me the rundown. Just tell me what's going on, what people are saying, or even just the gist of it. I'm all ears, seriously! Once you lay it out for me, I'll jump right in.
I mean, I try to get out there and walk for like, thirty minutes to an hour every single day. It's my thing, I guess. Oh, and swimming too! That's part of the routine.
Look, when you're sitting down, just... try to sit up straight, okay? Don't let your head start leaning forward like that. Seriously. You should probably start hitting those stretches and exercises way sooner rather than later, because if you just keep living like this without doing anything about it, things could honestly get a whole lot worse. I mean, maybe it's not a huge deal now, but still. Getting the right exercises in and actually fixing your lifestyle habits can pretty much fix all these aches and pains. It really can.
A good physical therapist would’ve probably given you some DIY stuff to try at home for those symptoms, but honestly? It looks like they totally dropped the ball on that one.
First off, thanks so much for getting back to me and laying everything out like that. I’m definitely going to check out those exercises and start chipping away at them. Honestly, I’m pretty sure my spine is a huge part of the issue here. When I saw that physical therapist, he basically told me straight up that I need to start training now, otherwise I could be looking at some really serious back problems down the road. It's kind of wild, though—he didn't actually give me any specific moves or recommend anything to do. I don't know, maybe I just should've been more on top of things and asked him directly? Or maybe he just assumed I wouldn't try to make up my own routine from scratch. I guess I'll just have to figure it out. 😁Ugh, honestly, whatever happens, happens. It’s like that old saying about how everyone’s got their own way of doing things, right? So, yeah, I guess it'll be what it'll be. I'm gonna get to practicing and then I'll hit you up in a DM to let you know how it's going. Anyway, thanks again, seriously! 🙂
