Protein Porridge
What you'll need:
- 18 oz of Milton low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 scoops of whey protein
- A big dollop of peanut butter
- 2 big spoonfuls of cocoa powder
- 10 egg whites
- Cinnamon, if you're feeling it

How to make it:
First, whip up an omelet using those 10 egg whites. In a separate bowl, just mix everything else together until it looks smooth. Finally, fold those egg whites into the mixture, give it one last good stir, and let it chill in the fridge for about two hours.

Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 80 grams of oat flour
- 2 scoops of whey protein
- 10 egg whites
- 1 egg yolk
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Your choice of sweetener
- For the topping: mix some whey with sweetener and a few drops of water until it gets thick, almost like a syrup.
Just whisk all the main ingredients together and then toss them onto the pan.

Just getting back from the national championship in Santa Monica. Ended up taking silver, so runner-up in the US. The whole trip was pretty grueling, honestly. But I guess if you have a clear goal and a solid plan mapped out, willpower can carry you through just about anything. I will say though, the diet was the absolute worst part. Mentally, it was a struggle just trying to stay disciplined and not grab something I wasn't supposed to eat. I’m actually writing this while devouring the biggest kebab I could find in the area. 😁

In the second photo, that’s just my first layer of tan, and I haven't even put on any bronzer yet. Sorry for looking rough—I'm pretty dehydrated here. My face looks gaunt because I haven't had a single drop of water in about 20 hours.

What am I supposed to enter for the tax model and the recipient's account number when I'm trying to wire money from my checking account to someone else's? Am I just supposed to put in some routing number followed by whatever digits I want?

First off, thanks for all the input, guys—you really covered a lot of ground with those recommendations. Now I'm just sitting here weighing my options. I'll let you know once I finally pull the trigger on what I decide to go with.

Hey everyone.

I'm looking at a budget that could potentially hit $1.75, though that’s really stretching it.
The goal is to put together the best possible rig specifically for gaming.

I'd love a larger monitor if we can swing it, maybe aiming for 6 GB of RAM, and I need a full set of peripherals included.

I'm based in Washington, D.C., so please suggest a local shop that actually knows what they're doing when it comes to service and reliability.
I'll be paying with an American Express on a monthly installment plan.

One from the back. 😁 This was taken a while ago, though I’ve put on a bit more mass since then.

Forty days. No gym, nothing but burgers, cookies, and pizza. Just lounging around, glued to my laptop and gaming all day. Between various responsibilities piling up, I haven't even had time to eat a decent meal. I’ve never had more gut than I do right now—definitely the worst shape of my life.

Here’s a shot showing just the veins on my John Doe. They aren't nearly as prominent as they used to be, mostly because I've packed on about 25 pounds since I started hitting the gym consistently.

Back when I was playing soccer, those veins used to stretch pretty far down my midsection, almost halfway down both sides.

Heatwave, hives, and low blood pressure in Health ·
So, I started a new thread here, but it’s just crickets. Anyone got any ideas? Any help at all would be appreciated...

Hey everyone.

About two weeks ago, things started feeling... off. My body just wasn't keeping up. I felt weak, totally drained, and I had zero motivation to do anything active. Honestly, I just figured I was burnt out and that a good night's sleep would fix it.
But as the days went by, things just kept sliding downhill.

About ten days back, I went in for a checkup. Had some chest X-rays and heart tests done, and everything came back perfect. The only slight red flag was my blood pressure being a little on the low side, though they said it was still technically within the normal range.

So, those ten days passed. Today, I decided to go down to the local Red Cross to donate blood. When I got there, they took my vitals. Get this—my blood pressure was 100/45.

They wouldn't let me donate. They told me it was way too low and that I need to see a doctor immediately.

I'm 18. I play soccer, I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I try to eat pretty clean. But like I said, these last two weeks have been a total disaster. Even my parents have been asking if I'm okay because they can tell I've been really down lately.

I'm actually pretty freaked out. If anyone has advice on what to do about the low blood pressure or how I should handle this, please let me know.
Laughing at myself in Spirituality ·
For instance, there are those moments when I just find myself laughing at my own absurdity.

I was falling down a YouTube rabbit hole last night watching clips of Ronald. Honestly, a talent like his only comes around once every sixty years.
And there he is, after scoring, celebrating by pointing his finger at the crowd like that.

Fast forward to today. I’m sitting in my room at the computer, door wide open, just... gesturing wildly with my finger—mimicking Ronald's goal celebration, obviously—laughing like an idiot while picturing this version of myself that's just completely uninhibited.

Then, someone snaps me right out of my little "zen moment." It's my old man standing in the doorway, looking at me and asking, "Do you need me to drive you to the psych ward?"😁

But whatever. He just doesn't get it. 😁
