I already laid out my estimated budget, though you might have missed it. I'm looking at roughly $1333. My initial thought was to pick everything up at Best Buy. I wouldn't call myself a hardcore gamer, per se; I just play when I can find some downtime. Because of that, I’d put the emphasis on gaming performance, since I could easily get by using my old setup for everything else.

I would certainly welcome the opportunity to become more proficient with computers.

Lately, I’ve been feeling quite exhausted, and my muscles have been aching. I’ll have a few good days, only to be hit twice before the weekend with a low-grade fever—around 98.6°F—and muscle pain. I went in for some blood work, and the results point toward my thyroid. Following that, I visited a specialist at a nuclear medicine clinic; they mentioned the findings were concerning (not based on my own review, but according to a friend who picked up the results for me). My doctor has already scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. Here are the results if anyone has any insight to offer:
