Bad Boys - Part IV

"Divide and conquer" and "bread and circuses"... honestly, maybe just take this whole debate somewhere else besides this thread.

They gave him and his security detail a little reality check. After that, Mr. Stimac stopped acting like such a tough guy in Miami. I guess his exit from the street life lined up pretty closely with him leaving the local pro sports scene.
I was actually behind bars back then, hanging out with some guys from Miami I’m still tight with today, so I know how it went down firsthand.
But honestly, I'm done arguing about this. It's my last word on it.
And as for you guys claiming you did some big favors behind the scenes? Nobody even heard about it, and then everyone just stayed quiet afterward. That's enough to prove it's fake. If it were real, you'd be shouting it from the rooftops. That's just how you people operate.
Anyway, final word.
Good luck to the crew in Orlando. As for me, I'll be around for a bit longer until my parole restrictions expire.

Once the politicians realize a few thousand people actually showed up, maybe they'll finally start worrying about their votes in the next election.🤷

Guys, I’ve been saying this forever—the only way we win this fight is if everyone pulls together. All of us. Fans, ultras, die-hards, even the random bystanders. ONLY THAT, and nothing else works.
Forget all that other nonsense,
"Divide and conquer." It’s an old saying, probably older than dirt, and it works every single time.
I don't get why you guys never catch on... just think back to that game last December... it didn't feel great, did it? Just remember how much it sucked.
Neither the SWAT teams nor the local police could do a damn thing to help us.
And remember how that piece of trash reacted when someone actually asked if the different fan groups were finally teaming up?
He was foaming at the mouth, honestly, like some kind of lunatic.
For God's sake, just bury the hatchets and stand together.

Look, there are plenty of sane people with actual common sense out there, but this whole thing is just pure garbage. We’re talking about some kind of idealism that maybe thirty people in any given group actually believes in. As if we can all just sit down, make a pact, and everyone will actually stick to it? Please. It's a joke. If we keep acting like this, we deserve to see the sport die and turn into whatever corporate, soulless version of soccer exists today.
And the ultras? They can keep dreaming, I guess...

I can't stop thinking about that scene from maybe four years ago—that totally wrecked car and those kids looking absolutely crushed when it happened out of nowhere. We picked them up and brought them home, whatever...
the thing is, I don't get why people think your average fan actually has the cash for a massive repair bill? Imean, do you have any idea what it's like to go to a game with your buddies and come back buried in debt that basically threatens your whole lifestyle and your family's stability?
I know things have always been messy, but fixing an old junker back in the day isn't the same as paying for service on a modern Ford, Chevy, or whatever else today... some rules definitely need to exist.
Anyway, huge props to analogheron19 for that TV appearance. That guy is just a joy to watch—so calm, so smart, so much backbone. One of the true legends after all these years. 👍
Full support to the guys running the show, and my thoughts are with everyone on both sides regarding
Easter.

NO to turning a sacred club into some private piggy bank for one wealthy family and their sycophants. NO!!!
That’s where the debate ends. Politics, ideology, whatever. It doesn't matter. All that chest-thumping about "legacy" and "past service" just falls apart there.
And I don't get it. Who were those people talking by the veterans' memorial yesterday? I spent four straight years fighting alongside those soldiers. How does that speech help them? Why are people who weren't even there chasing war stories? And how can they claim to understand guys dealing with PTSD—guys who've done things they regret because of what they went through? My wife has been through the ringer with me for 25 years, and sometimes I still can't wrap my head around how insidious and chronic PTSD really is. It pulls you in, then lets go. How could people who watched the war on TV possibly get that?
Look, nobody is blaming them for the war, but why are they suddenly obsessed with war stories and veterans when they know nothing about it?
And which "Bad Boys veterans" are they even talking about? I'm asking for the hundredth time, I didn't see them at games back in the 80s. Maybe a couple of them were around. Where were they during all those riots and street fights in other cities? Honestly, one guy from the suburbs has more history in the trenches than most of these self-proclaimed veterans combined.
Everyone swears they love the team, but they really just want to pocket a little extra cash.
So, I’m calling out everyone from my era, and even the older folks—show up here. Say it loud and clear: you are completely against the club as it stands today and against the people running it into the ground. It doesn't matter what neighborhood you're from or what subgroup you belong to. It doesn't even matter if you call yourself a Bad Boy. It’s about whether you care about the team and whether you have enough sense not to let Mamić pick your pockets blind.
On the flip side, you have to realize there's a massive wave of people fed up with this version of the club. You see more and more people gathering around town. On one side, you've got maybe 50 mercenaries, but on the other, you've got huge numbers of people finally deciding—like in any democracy—to settle the fate of this club once and for all.
