Oatmeal bread recipe.

Does anyone have a reliable recipe that actually turns out well?

I was a bit hesitant about posting photos at first, but doing it anonymously actually works. It feels like a good way to make sure everyone’s input in these discussions stays relevant and grounded.

6'0", 163 lbs.

I stay active recreationally—mostly a mix of 100m sprints, lifting, and long-distance running (around 8-6.2 miles miles). My focus shifts depending on the season or just how I'm feeling, but on average, I split my time pretty evenly across all three throughout the year (though obviously, those activities don't happen all at once).

I don't track calories constantly. When I'm looking to lean out, I usually prefer hitting a deficit through extra running and activity rather than strictly dieting. I can't afford to be hungry, either; it messes too much with my daily work. My diet is hit-or-miss—sometimes I follow strict bodybuilding principles, and other times I'll just grab whatever junk food is easiest. Mostly, I just tailor standard sports nutrition rules to what my body needs. I've learned a lot about nutrition through reading up on it and applying what I picked up while studying Biochemistry in college.

My goal is pretty simple: just keep enjoying my workouts and fine-tuning my nutrition and supplements. For me, this whole process is a hobby I enjoy, not some grueling chore.

Ultimately, staying fit just makes handling my day-to-day responsibilities easier. Any changes in how I look are really just a side effect.

I'm using Word 2007. Every time I assign a heading level (using References > Table of Contents > Add Text > Level 1, 2, or 3), the text itself automatically turns light blue, the font changes, and the spacing between the heading and the body text shifts too.
So, whenever I try to set up heading levels in Word to generate an automatic >, the software keeps overriding my formatting. Every time I apply a heading level, it automatically changes the text color, the font size, and even messes with the line spacing between that heading and the paragraph below it.

Is there a way to get those automatic headings working without having the color, font, and spacing change on me every single time?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out here. 🙂
