Bob! I'm going through the same thing... It all started about eighteen months ago. I've gone through endless tests—mostly rheumatology stuff because my primary care doctor insisted on it. Everything came back perfectly normal, despite how thorough they were. Some days the symptoms just vanish, then they come back out of nowhere and stay for days at a time.
