Random body aches and pains

I’m dealing with the exact same thing... It’s been going on for a while now, maybe two years? I guess it just fluctuates between good days and absolute garbage ones. I’ve gone through a ton of tests, but honestly, nothing concrete has come up yet. I know this thread is pretty old, but if anyone happened to figure anything out, please let me know.
