So, I’m dropping a question here about this "conflict" topic I originally posted back on November 25th, 2011, over in the "Traffic Violations and Penalties" section. I’ve been hunting through the archives trying to find that specific thread, but it’s like it vanished into thin air. It’s pretty weird because I definitely saw the "conflict" discussion earlier, yet now I can't find the thread or even my own post.
