Unless you’ve got that auto-backup feature toggled on, take a quick look in the same folder where your spreadsheet lives. You should see a file with basically the same name but some weird, funky extension—I can't recall the exact one off the top of my head. Just try opening that one up. Otherwise, as far as I know, there isn't much else to try.
