I need to set up a chapter structure for my Master's thesis in Word

something like this

Introduction
1. Chapter One ......................
1.1. Subchapter A ....................
1.2. Subchapter B .................
2. Chapter Two ..................
2.1. Subchapter C ..................
2.1.1. etc. ..................

The question is: how do I get Word to automatically generate those dots from the heading all the way to the margin?
I want it to look like a proper Table of Contents, like you'd see in a standard college paper.

I've got some Hugo trading cards from that hit TV game,
got plenty of doubles, though I'm still missing a few pieces
